I'm interested but need to see how well it runs for me.  Looking forward to a demo.

I was sorta excited when I first saw the announcement, but subsequent PR feeds have given me the impression it's too "cutesy" for me.

I hope I'm wrong, but everything I've seen about it has made me less excited. Hopefully you guys will come back with better impressions.

I may be able to get some review code, and if that's the case I'll try to look it over.

Looks like a sugar-coated version of the old classic 'Dungeon keeper'.

i wanted it to be a non ASCII dwarf fortress but i think its a bit fluffy for that - i might hold out for a demo but then again its 8 ounds - it wouldnt hurt that much!

I went and bought it yesterday on an impulse buy.
Looks like a "cutesy" Dwarf-Fortress wannabe.

Gnomoria is the game you're looking for.

Although it has the 8-bit look to the graphics, the Alpha/Beta is cheap.

I quite enjoy it. More Dungeon Keeper than Dwarf Fortress, but again different. Worth the asking price imho... :)

I preordered this last night and still don't have a D/L link at Gamersgate. Has anyone else here been able to D/L it yet?

I thought it might be a footy (soccer) game - as the cliche goes: "It was a game of two halves"...

^Groan. It'd be 2 short halves then. :)

You have to enter the code into Steam. No D/L through GG.

I'm into the 2nd tutorial (Trial).  It's OK. Lacks a bit of polish, and the controls are a little unresponsive on my system, but I knew I might have a problem running it.  I don't regret getting it, but it's definitely a $10 game.
