This weekend:

Civil War Generals 2:
27 May 1862...day 1 of the battle at Harper's Ferry...T.J. Jackson and R.S. Ewell are trying to get rid of the Union's troops defending the region.

Gemini Wars:
The fleet's mission is to protect hospital ships leaving the Heremon System against Alien attacks...tougth mission as you can't lose a single evacuation ship (30 in total).

Tin Soldiers: Julius Caesar:
My first attempt at the battle of Pharsalus ended in a defeat...i have to rethink my strategy this time.

War Thunder Beta -  Still!  8)  Best one of it's kind IMO, and it's not even out of closed beta yet.

Alea Jacta Est - For some strategy thinkin'

Football Mogul 2013 and/or FOF2k7 - Stress free button punching at my leisure.

The ones that could accidentally take over:

NEO Scavenger, Civ V, Blood Bowl Chaos Edition, Torchlight 2, Port Royale 3

I will be playing World of Tanks to take advantage of the Halloween (http://worldoftanks.com/news/1727-special-offer-halloween/) and Day of the Dead (http://worldoftanks.com/news/1741-day-dead-weekend/) specials, but most importantly the Golden Joystick Celebration (http://worldoftanks.com/news/1742-golden-joystick-celebration/).

World of WarCraft also demands my attention--my craftsmen are in need of resources.

A goodly portion of my remaining time will be spent playing XCOM: Enemy Unknown.

Well

Take the new panzer campaigns game for a spin. Maybe some Achtung Panzer Op star with the new update (looks amazing). Maybe some XCOM. Some Alea and Decisive campaigns. Maybe take a mod I found for NTW for a spin. Then I want to really try and get into A10 Warthog. Then Fight some SAI from NWS and continue my campaigns in CMSF, CMBN and CMFI. Then I want to Look at ageods wars in america again.

you see the problem. And thats not listing the hundred others I want to try.

Even if I manage to make a decision - it will all probably be usurped by the fact I cant stop watching Breaking Bad on Netflix. Just at the end of series three and it is simply one of the best things I have ever seen.

I need two of me so I can do all the things I want.

Still - my six year old has developed an interest in Combat Mission - that maybe  where my future lies.

got back into skyrim recently so will be playing that. trying to roleplay a dark elf mage/thief. have a barking dog following me and it doesnt seem to affect my stealth! kinda breaks the immersion but it helps in fights and is involved in a quest so wont dismiss it yet.

Sorry to hear about that Gus. I couldn't keep my eyes off CNN during this entire ordeal. It's simply astonishing the desctruction Sandy waged on the Eastern U.S.

Yay!  You will not regret it, I promise.  I was right about AOW:SM after all! ;)

For myself...Guild Wars 2.  Yeah, I said I'd shelve it, but I started a different character "just to see" and...well, here we go again. :D

Also Fallen Enchantress.  I'm playing it slowly but I'm very impressed by what I've seen so far.  Cautiously optimistic on this one!  I hope they've solved the suicidal sovereign bug.

Good luck Gus hope it goes well for you.  I'll be helping with the clean up around my area and hoping they get the power on soon while still counting my blessings .... I still have a gaming computer to go back to when the power comes on and some people lost everything.

^I went from maybe 2 or 3 hours played since release, to 15 hours played in the last 2 days.  Its a great game now...105 turns into my current campaign, and I haven't even made first contact with a major alien empire, so no diplomacy as of yet.  But I love the research, survey, colonize, fleet and combat options so far.  its definitely got that "just one more turn" hook into me.

Back up my system tonight. Think I'm going to pull the trigger on Win8 tomorrow. My current Win7 install is only about 10 months old, but has been giving me a few issues these last few weeks.

I'll mainly be playing Fallout 3 and CK2. First time playing FO3. Playing with a few overhaul mods.  Enjoying it so far, except the mods I'm playing with have made it really difficult at the beginning. I've actually had to turn the game down to easy, which I never do. Even with modded FONV and Skyrim, I could at least play it on normal or expert.

In CK2 I plan to finish my conquest of Burgundy. That will give me 3 king titles. Not sure what I'm going to do after that. Probably do my own version of the Hapsburg plan and marry off all my kids to the royalty of Europe. Soon branches my dynasty will sit on every throne in Europe.

I'll also Get some modded X-Com time in as well. With all the positive feedback, I'm probably going to install Fallen Enchantress as well.

I plan to squeeze more goodness from the Team Fortress 2 Halloween event while it continues to exist.

Probably continue with Torchlight II.

And...I dunno. I'll likely continue making my way through other installed games that I haven't gotten to trying yet. Must remove the chaff!

Well, my experience has not been good so far....I can't even get into the game.  In the past, I could at least get in.  It just locks up on the loading screen and never lets me in.  I tried unintalling and reinstalling, plus verifiying the cache, no luck.

But no!  I did play Crecy, but the big game of the weekend was Moscow '42.  First Shock Army punched through a gaggle of panzer divisions.  It's a frozen nightmare: 3000 dead elite panzer troops, 150 elite guns gone, dozens of panzers knocked out by a zoo of
Russian T-26s, BT-7s, KV-1s, light tanks, aerosleighs, T-34s (5 of them!).  At one point, 38 poorly-trained and ill-equiped Russian Sappers obliterated 5 88s in improved positions.  The endless horror of it all never ended.  In fact its still going on sort of or will be as soon as
I restart the game.
