Gah! I'm going to go broke at the rate these things seem to be coming out...
Seriously, though, it does look interesting. I like the look of the UI the dev is using, and the planetary/colony exploration mechanic is one I've not seen in the genre before.
The game's been on my radar for a while (credit for tipping me off to its existence goes to the SpaceSector website), but I've not said anything til now as Predestination appeared to have been in very early development when it was first announced. Looks like they've made a fair bit of progress since then, however.
EDIT: Oh yeah, and here's the game's actual website (http://predestinationgame.com/) for those who are interested.
Yeah I spotted this on Space Sector too, it looks promising doesn't it? Still no Kickstarting for me though.
I think iam going to support that one...
I kicked in on this one. I'd signed up for the beta awhile back, and it looks good enough to fund.

A new video showing an entire planet covered in hexes. Looks really, really nice.
It is going to be interesting to see how their colonization mechanic works out. To the best of my knowledge, nothing similar has been tried in a 4x title before.
I don't know many details about the colonization, but this looks like it might be a bit micro for a game of galactic scale. Didn't stop me from supporting their kickstarter effort though. :)
It's raining 4x space games! I've lost track there's so many. The main one all of my hopes are pinned on right now is Pandora: First Contact (http://www.slitherine.com/games/PandoraPC). I've been playing the heck out of Alpha Centauri since reading about it. ;D
