Did any of you see this??

Not only have I seen it, I've been playing the beta. It is a little strange. Part of me really likes it, but part of me also realizes that Talisman is a game that is largely driven by luck, hazing of your opponents when they get bad rolls, drinking beer and eating pretzels, a light PVP aspect, and making very few decisions. So a solo version plays very strangely. That doesn't mean it is bad - but many people will find it lacking in substance.
I've tried the demo some time ago and find it VERY lacking.
Never really thought that highly of Talisman before, but with such a simplified gameplay, no MP or even other heroes and limited stuff...
Well, I doubt I'd get it before it gets some expansions that bring worthwhile content.
Instant purchase for me, I have the boardgame, but wanted an electronic version of it to play.
Then I bought Zafehouse Diaries and haven't touched it. :(

I wanna know about that one. I saw some indie deal coming up for like $5 that included it... is there a thread here somewhere for Zafehouse??
I got the gen from TGB over at Octopus Overlords..

This phrase caught my attention "turn-based zombie-survival-roguelike-boardgame hybrid" :)

Yeah, a solo Talisman seems very, very odd.
I like single player games, and I gave my complete Talisman set away in the early 90's :( and now its too expensive to buy back doh!!

There is, which is where I first heard about it.
Is this on sale just for this weeked, or is $10 the normal price?

Gamersgate has an indie package deal containing
Zafehouse along with three other indies.. on Dec. 21 - 27.
Since all my loose change has been blown this month (and then some!), I'll just get it along with those indies (and donate a couple extra bucks while I'm at it).

Because they're offering discounts on later ones, for each you purchase.
