Nice review! :) It's an inspired bit of design by Ed Williams to deal with evolution of squad tactics as he has done here.

Nice review, makes me want to get it even more. How high is the learning curve? It doesn't appear too complex but you never know.

Pretty easy to get into. Check out how to pick up and change weapons. Understand the disrupt/pinned/demoralized hierarchy.
