This weekend figures to feature a bunch of Warlock Master of the Arcane. Solo mostly, but MP if bob (or any of the rest of you chicken hearts) has the time and inclination. I might possibly contniue my HOI2 Doomsday as Italy. Or Even advance my Avernum Escape From the Pit campaign.

Silent Hunter 5 on going Total Germany campaign.
Distant Worlds started a campaign a few days ago, but most likely will restart and play as Humans instead of bugs.
Diablo 3 maybe but I've learned that I can only grind acts so many times before I need a break.
I'll be trying to find the fun in Omerta.

Well I would like to say I have grand plans to play several different games but I am not going to even kid myself. I got back into Skyrim and I am totally addicted again. When I am not working this weekend that is what I'll be playing.
World of Tanks is having its Super Brawl Weekend (http://worldoftanks.com/news/1988-super-brawl-weekend/). I will be playing that for several hours each day until it ends.
Yesterday I installed Warlords III: Darklords Rising (http://www.mobygames.com/game/windows/warlords-iii-darklords-rising). So I will probably be revisiting it this weekend.
I might play one or more of the games in the Paradox War Chest (http://www.amazon.com/Paradox-Interactive-War-Chest-Download/dp/B00AAIJJCW/ref=pd_ybh_1) I bought on Amazon.com yesterday for $2.50. Or one of the many, many other games that are already installed on my PC.
So many games to play and so little time in which to play them.
I'm checking-out all the taverns in Skyrim to see if any of them are serving Beer & Wings for the big game on Sunday. I should be able to afford it, I've got 20,000 gold and a butt-load of gems. Drinks are on me.
And in honor of the establishment of the Army Air Corps I will be playing Birds of Steel - XBOX360.

I might squeeze in some Far Cry 3 tonight. Or maybe I should try and get some SotSII or DW or Armada 2056 started.
However tomorrow will be drink and rugby. Sunday will be recovery with likely some model making (make my Academy 1/35 Challenger II)
GOG has Strategic Command:European Theater for $3.99. Will download it tonight, crack open a cold one and enjoy some easy wargaming for a while.
Pretty much the same as last time: Imperialism II, Distant Worlds: Legends (although with the new beta update), and Lords of the Realm II (Germany map).

So Il-2 4.11.1m and Dangerous Waters and Flying Colors (a board game). The local Settlers of Catan people now
know I play all kinds of board games so maybe I'll have to show them something. Flying Colors seems simple
and colorful enough to hold their interest for a few minutes so maybe I'll give them a quick demo next time
they get together to beat me in their intriguing game.
Continue with Deux Ex: Human Revolution and maybe start Endless Space.

I'm still hopelessly addicted to Guild Wars 2. However, I feel a yearning to properly sit down and look at Conquest of Elysium 3 and I might look deeper into Path of Exile.
The talk about Jutland and Distant Guns on wargamer has made me install stormpowered and the games again. Looking forward to try the out again :)

Yeah I kinda got my schedule disrupted by visitors last week, after which, I erm, fell asleep in the chair. However, I shall strive to make amends on Sunday, that I will.

Strategic Command: European Theater (http://www.gog.com/gamecard/strategic_command_european_theater) is an excellent choice. I played its predecessor
Clash of Steel (http://www.mobygames.com/game/dos/clash-of-steel-world-war-ii-europe-1939-45) to death back in the day. I was delighted when I heard about
Strategic Command and quite pleased when I tried it out--it actually improved on the original instead of trying to"reimagine" it.
Moving house but at least the broadband is up, I don't imagine ill have time to scratch my arse but it will be ckII if I do - the parma Aar took a decidedly unexpected turn last week so I'm eager to continue the drama, FM2010 is still getting a lot of time as I secure promotion from league 2 to league 1.... A statue of me is being built outside the ground!

I've just had a quick 40-odd minutes in Conquest of Elysium 3 and quite enjoyed myself! I love that it's relatively deep while being easy and quick enough to play that you don't need to sink hours into it to get anything out. I played as a necromancer and was getting my arse kicked by independent armies until I realised that I could return to scenes of battle and raise the dead to grow my army. Sadly, my main necromancer was killed very early on, leaving me with an apprentice who kept going insane (?) which meant he wouldn't do as he was told half the time.
I'm printing out the 61-page manual for some weekend reading. I think I'll play a necromancer next time too, and see if I can get a good handle on it before moving on.
Well I know its "not a wargame", but Rawbots has had my attention for most of the week and will probably also have it most of the weekend minus honeydo list activities...at least until Super Bowl XLVII starts...

Aside from my usual IL2 and Roffing, I'll probably play a lot of Planetside 2. Anyone else given this a go? Strikes me as something which could feature on the Grogheads MP menu

I tried, but unfortunately my PC just isn't capable of running it reliably.

My PC gaming time was spent playing a bit of Fireball and a whole lot of HOI 3. Incredibly, my two nights of HOI were dedicated to the task of shifting my German fighting forces from France and the Low Countries to their staging areas on the east front. Kick off for my op Barbarossa is scheduled for Monday evening, shortly after the wife goes to bed.
Currently giving the Volokonovka 1942 campaign for Achtung Panzer Operation Star a go.
Spent 90 minutes today with W8taminutette2 playing Far Cry 3 Co-op. We played the Sidetracked mission. I set the mission to casual figuring I don't want to overwhelm my baby girl, and because I'm not that great at shooters myself. ;)
Everything was proceeding nicely through the first 4 mission segments. When we got to the 5th and final segment we ran into trouble. Even at casual setting the final battle proved to be very tough!! After the 12th retry daddy was pretty much ready to rage quit. I think I even let loose an f-bomb which is not the example I should be setting however...I discovered my daughter has a exceptional ability to rally me at a point where I was crying like a little girl because we couldn't beat this level. On the 13th attempt we started the round getting to the ammo crates to stock up on ammo. My daughter turns to me and says "This level is a ripoff." I don't know if it was the way she said it or the actual comment itself but I burst out laughing. And then I noticed that she had kept calm under fire all along and was making all kinds of comments like these throughout the game. As a result I loosened up enough to tackle this segment one more time and my daughter and I made it through.
So we blew off a little steam by playing Horde mode together in Gears of War 3. It was a great afternoon!
W8, that's just awesome man! I pray many, many, many more such sessions for you both.
