I will go on record that the timeline mentioned won't be met....it seems every release they do, their initial dates are missed by months:) I guess to be fair, not sure it is always the developer's fault, seems like Matrix also makes that game series take a back seat to the other games they have.
Don't get me wrong, love the series and will buy it for sure, just seems like they have the slowest release schedule for patches and games.....
I own COTA, and have never played it, and have never gotten around to playing any of their games from Highway to the Reich onward (although I own them and the ComOps version of HTTR)...
...and I will still most likely buy this.
Because I am slutty easy weak.
COTA was a very under-rated game. Great scenarios. I didn't think I'd like it because of the region - but it grabbed me hook, line and sinker...much more than Bulge or HttR
Early war, limited anti tank for infantry, massive German para drops, desperate do or die scenarios, incredible inhospitable steep and rugged terrain, Aussies getting abandoned by the Brits. It really is a theater that is little known or played so much more interesting and a learning experience for me when I fired it up the first time.
