Of the sites I usually visit this one is about the only one I see impacted. Getting into the site seems to take about 15 seconds. It was the same yesterday.
Time to panic? I haven't yet panicked about anything in about an hour.

The site did seem a bit slow yesterday. Right now it's working great for me. Well, I should have read the report first. Russian criminal gangs are being blamed.
If somebody does a cyber attack on Canada it has to be between 0800/1200 and 1300/1600 EDT because those
are the only hours the National Cyber Crime Unit people operate.* Any other times attacks will just go nowhere because
there is nobody on line. Take that hackers!!
