I've seen some impressive done in Minecraft but this just blew me away.

Originally launched by Blew and project lead Jacob Granberry in 2011, WesterosCraft quickly grew from a few dozen users to an international community of hundreds of active builders, with thousands more on the forums.
Granberry estimates that he now spends 20 to 30 hours per week on the project in addition to his day job; thanks to making headlines on sites like Reddit, Kotaku and Wired (sorry, guys), the popularity of WesterosCraft has grown over the past several months, straining both the server and its co-creators. "It's become more and more of a part-time job than a hobby," said Granberry.

I find the guy narrating the video annoying but the info he gives and the views of the world they've created is mind blowing.
If you don't have the time to watch the whole thing (and I really suggest that you do) then absolutely watch "Rivendell at the 29 minute mark, or the stunning Mines of Moria at 33 minutes." But seriously watch the whole thing and blow your own mind.
