Wow. This looks like it could be excellent. Hexgrid, turn-based combat, RPG dungeon crawling referencing the old Gold Box D&D computer games. Perhaps with some TOEE-deep combat system?
Out sometime this year.

Steam already has a page up, so it must not be terribly far off..

Oh good find, Nef - that looks pretty sexy! I haven't played a game like that in quite a while.
Seems like the turn-based stuff is flowing like wine lately. 8) Not only strategy but RPG ones. ;D
There are so many interesting titles coming up that we're just happening upon them left & right. Well.. except for SOM, who has alpha-funded nearly everything. :P
Squee!
... ...... I did not just squee.
I've been watching this since it first came on the Steam Greenlight.
Certainly looks interesting.

No no! That... that was a .... uh....
That was a SQUEEEUNNNKKKK! The sound Godzilla makes, according to Toho Studios (when they commission graphic novels).
See? Totally badass. Not like a teenage girl at a Twilight convention.
:-X
Yes!!!! This looks awesome.
Wowie wah wah! That screen shot looks like a diorama. Are you sure we're looking at a computer game and not a table top model game?
Looks intriguing, but I do wonder what new they'd bring to the table. There's enough stuff out there (on GOG, among other places) to give me that "old school" feel done right. Still, it is intriguing...

Sadly, even the remotely new RPG games that have a nice turn-based tactical system are getting long in the tooth. Some of my favorite RPG combat was in ToEE and that game just wasn't long enough (and the characters didn't look good even back then!). The Neverwinter Nights series is getting pretty aged and I always thought the combat system in all the Real-Time digital D&D games somewhat annoying due to the need for jockeying the Pause key on & off all the time when issuing orders and waiting for the pseudo-turns to 'fire' when it was running.
This one looks more like they're trying to stick with a D&D "Gold Box" or ToEE approach which I prefer over any other option. Turn-based with a lot of tactical options. I don't see much resemblance to the first-person tile crawlers they mentioned as inspiration, such as the old Might & Magic and Wizardry games, but I suppose they tossed those in to reiterate the turn- and party-based gameplay.
Well said Nef, I agree completely and that's why I'm definitely keeping an eye on this one too.
