The following crime occurred on campus:
The Ohio State University Police Division has been informed of postings to fantasy, role player game sites which reference a potential public safety threat of violence focused on a 'cafeteria' today on 'The Ohio State University campus.' We continue to investigate and are taking these seriously to the point of having extra police and security presence on and around campus dining facilities. We have the assistance of federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. This information is being sent so that the university community is aware and to ask assistance in reporting any related suspicious persons or activity today or in the future.

Anyone with information concerning this crime should contact either the University Police, 292-2121 or Columbus Police, 645-4545. You may also report information anonymously to the Central Ohio Crime Stoppers at 461-TIPS or the University Crime Stoppers Tips line at 247-TIPS.

Campus Cops: CSI -  A new hit TV series!  Tonight's Episode:  Campus Cop Officer 3rd Class (temp) Tina Boobies, a former S+M/B+D photo model turned crime fighter,
busts an illegal D+D gathering of evil/chaotic characters suspected of practicing "Black African-American Magic" in the Residence #3 Block Lounge.

What the hell?  Maybe someone was planning to LARP with real weapons?

Those "tips" fone numbers do not work for long distance calls.  Too bad.  I had some hot tips about how Campus Cops could take down an unruly Mage.

But the relevant authorities are damned if they don't share this, whilst many will damn then for thinking it is a risk. It just looks like they are covering their arses and the way things are going expect more and more of it. Don't make right Brant but don't make it wrong either, just the way society that has evolved. Me, I long for Medieval Europe.

The troops at Kent State had been influenced by the video games they played. On May 4, 1970? Yeah, right.

There could be some 22 ounce soft drink cups lurking in the cafeteria, too. That would be tragic.
