Hey guys. I picked this one up. Free on Steam. Now I haven't gone into PvP yet since I need to level up with the stock missions and it's turning out to be an interesting game. Going back to pure turn-based revives the old JA nostalgia compared to Back In Action. Weapon's selection seems to be limited and with no customization options.
Now the game's free to play model may be problematic in the future, especially PvP. Let's see how a cheapskate will be able to cope against a player that uses real cash to buy goodies.
Game play is similar to Fronline Tactics (another F2P Steam game).
You can run PVE missions to level 12. After that it's either replay previous missions, purchase the campaign mode, or PVP.
Note: items dropped by enemy troops must be picked up during the mission or they will not be recovered.
