Been feeling an itch to play in a huge open world, so I might crack open X3: Terran Conflict tonight. Also, I think it's time I (finally!) played some Baldurs Gate.
And of course, I'll be continuing my PBEM campaigns in Armada 2526 Supernova as well.
i played my turn in Decisive Campaigns Warsaw to Paris. send the turn to Darth Barthheart.
I got the flu so it will be gaming weekend for me: being playing Star Wars Rebellion, WINSPWW2, WINSPMBT. Looking forward for either MIITW: Kingdoms, Stainless Steel Mod or a fresh campaign in ETW Darth Mod as well.
Besides watching March Madness I hope to get some work done on some of my minis. But I do plan to play some Skyrim, Shogun 2 or Minecraft as time and SWMBO allows.
Downloaded the latest Darthmod for Shogun 2 in preparation for my first real campaign now that I have finished all the tutorials. I will also be continuing my PBEM Armada 2526 Supernova games tonight. Saturday and Sunday I will be traveling without internet access so gaming will be limited to the selection of retro games that I have on my netbook.
Ironically, I have no plans at the moment. Secretly I'm hoping I'll get a game of Flames of War in. I might fire up Steam and Iron - it's a great way to blow half an hour without spending the entire evening in one game.
I will be attacking Soviet shipping off Iceland in my A-7 (Strike Fighter 2:NA)
Just like Nefaro, as much as I despise WW2 gaming, I cant resist CM:N ; although I dont have the CW expansion...might pick it up (does it offer a patch/gae upgrade unavailable to those who dont purchase it outside of additional units and scenarios?)
Might also fire up Distant Worlds....and maybe some internet porn if I have time.

Hurry, the Gamersgate Atari Week sale will be over soon!
(Your X3 comment reminded me I've always wanted to get into the latest iteration of that game, too.)
I have a niece's birthday party tomorrow, so I'd say there's a good chance I'll be hopscotching on Tinkerbell pads this weekend.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004N780A8/ref=oh_o00_s00_i00_details
...pray for me.
I will also be hopskotching on tinkerbell pads because I will be a drunken mess from March Madness and St. Patrick's Day.
After I clean up the vomit I will be returning to Skyrim for a bit to level up my vampire. Love that guy.
Will also be trying to get the National Revolutions mod to work for Napoleon: Total War (mods the game to 1821-1848) and will be figuring out how much I can invest in the Wasteland 2 project.
And planning on purchasing NecroVision and Fallout: New Vegas.
RPGWatch.com has a post about an enhanced version of Baldurs Gate due to come out this summer with new features and content so if you're just starting out on that one, you may want to check it out. I'm making slow and bloody progress in Icewind Dale 2 and bloody slow progress in Skyrim, so I'll probably go back to Shogun 2. It'll get me in the mood for "The Fall" coming out next week.

Wait!!! wha??? Linky????
Continuing our PBEM campaign of DC:Warsaw to Paris with Keunert. He's the nasty Germans so it's up to me to save the Allies.... May16th and the Dutch have decided to call it quits. Lazy bastards! ;D
Hope to reconnect with Metal Dog, W8aminute and Gus for some live Civ IV play... sorry guys, been busy.
Maybe get some Distant Worlds going wit the latest update....
National Revolutions mod: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=524969
I had trouble getting it to run with DarthMod, trying again this weekend.
Mikeck if you can get it running let me know please!
Alternating Mass Effect 3 and Skyrim this weekend. Finally starting to figure out the PITA combat system in ME3. Have to admit that using the omni blade in melee is a satisfying way to get kills.

Damn, thanks for mentioning Gamersgate. I haven't checked them out in forever. I just picked up the Mac version of Neverwinter Nights for 99 cents. Plus I had forgotten about the 20 or so Windows games already in my GG library, which I can now play on the XP partition I added to my Macbook a couple weeks ago. It's like Christmas!
CIV 5 and CMBN w/ CW.

This and attempting to patent that Logan's Run device before the HHS bogarts the potential profits to be made off such a device.
^I already did that.

Well Coke and Pepsi co-exist in the market, so I don't see why competing Logan's Run devices cann't.
^Good point. Just pay me the royalties incurred and it will be smooth.

Open invite for you anytime. 5 minutes from USMA.

Yes, sir. I'm also going to go to Woodstock to run naked and free. And possibly sell some tie dye t-shirts.
Please let me know when your arrival will be. You can make fun of 'the mountain' I live on, get bitten by the dog and vomited on by my kids! It will be awesome.
Not a lot of gaming time this weekend unfortunately- heading to Waikiki for the entire weekend to sip Mai Tais and cruise on a longboard. Life doesn't suck.
However, before I head down tomorrow, I do hope to get some more Rise of Flight, Metro 2033, and maybe some Skyrim.

that's a party!
Well, I just got the good news that LnL have posted my copy of Op Cobra, but, with the best will in the world, I doubt I'll see it for a week or so (plus our wonderful respective postal services have got to chuck it about a bit), so I may well delve into a few scenario's of WSR keep me going.

Lucky bugger... still waiting for my notice! :-[
I would guess that you'll hear soon - it seems to have been forever since I pre-ordered - I was a play-tester for it as well, the mini-campaign by Matt Lohse is excellent.

Good to hear. I'm trying to get Mark to give me the graphic files so I can make a vassal module extention for the WSR module I made.... but hee seems to be busy lately. ;D
Yeah, I think he has a lot of stuff on the go ATM, but GL with that anyway, I'll be interested to know how you get on.
I've been playing a bit of Company of Heroes skirmish again...and it's been awhile, so I'm getting crushed. BF3 again as well. And I think it's finally time to start playing some Arkham City.
On the board gaming front, I want to try out The Manhattan Project this weekend. Tannhauser is also a good possibility since I've acquired a lot of character packs that haven't been played yet.
CoE, Saints Row and some MTW II Rage of the Dark Gods.
If i finish my current CoE campaign at work i'll propably get back to an old Armada 2526 game.
Didn't do much gaming except for an X-Plane flight and some Squad Battles PBEM. What's strange is that my wife is away on a business trip and you'd think I'll have all the time to play. But on the contrary most of my time was spent doing chores and doing other outdoor stuff I don't really do when my wife is around.
I managed to get my saved games from Skyrim over to my new computer, so I was up WAY too late last night taking care of business in Skyrim!
Unfortunately, I think I broke one of the quests- I killed one of the main characters because he was giving me lip, and now I don't think I can properly finish the quest.
Civ 5 sucked up all of my limited gaming time. I can honestly say that I am actually really enjoying the game and am looking forward to the Gods and Kings expansion. I'm into the last few years of an epic tiny map game. I'm playing England and am locked in a struggle with George Washington and the American empire. I recently conquered Seattle, which pushed me into the lead by about 30 points.
Skyrim sucked away about 6 hours of my time over the weekend. I am trying to un-vampire myself and failing. Firstly I am a starving, Stage 4 vamp. As such I am hunted immediately on site. So I need to find an isolated, sleeping human to feed on. No easy task.
Once I feed...whenever that happens...I will regress to Stage 1 and be able to walk around in public without getting attacked. Then I will get the cure for vampirism from a necromancer in Morthal.
The upside to this struggle is that my sneaking, lockpicking and archery skills are going up :)
Once done with vampirism I can get on with completing the Dark Brotherhood questline, hopefully.
I'm too freaking lazy to start a new thread for weekend gaming.
I played a little Skyrim this evening. I was playing around with "TMP", but I had no idea what the hell I had been doing. So I rolled up a new character. This of course is the #1 reason why I it can take me years to finish an RPG.
Anywho, think of either finishing up my Persia Empire campaign in CIV 5. This game is not going well at all. Or...continuing on with my CMBN campaign. Decisions, decisions. Of course at moments like this I usually end up firing up L4D2 and killing zombies.
Got rid of my vampirism in Skyrim, want to finish up the Dark Brotherhood quests and become a werewolf, not necessarily in that order. Also ditched my heavy armor for my Dark Brotherhood armor and am working on my magic and dual wielding skillz to become a true battlemage. Bad assery.
Also waiting for my physical copy of Fall of the Samurai to arrive. May crack that open sooner rather than later...like as soon as it arrives.
Have to dust off the uniform and work a detail tonight.....very short handed. After that, if i have time, its FOTS. Torpedoes, parrot guns and marines! Oh my!
Kinda getting into Shockforce marines too oddly enough
I have no idea what FOTS means.
I plan to start another Shogun 2 campaign while I am waiting for Darthmod to be fixed after the latest patch and will also battle some Kilrathri warriors in Darkest Dawn...oh and my PBEM games in Armada 2526 Supernova. Its going to be a good weekend. :)
Armada 2526 Supernova (PBEM).
Baldur's Gate.
Am also beta-testing a neat little 4x game called Space It.
For sure WINSPMBT & WINSPWW2; FSX and Strike Fighters 2 with NATO fighters mod.
D&D tonight. Probably play some Sentinels of the Multiverse this weekend, now that I have the Rook City expansion. And Merchants & Marauders may hit the table as well.
The BF3 gaming continues. And I did start Arkham City...I want to spend more time with that, too.

Fall of the...Badass Katana Wielders.
I am going to put a winter camo scheme on my Panthers for Flames of War. Then some reading.

I think I'll play some Minecraft, Skyrim, and Shogun 2. I also need to base a couple of my minis.

If this week end is anything like the last I'll probably be playing
Pater Familias straight through till Monday morning.
I'm actually thinking of playing
Myst III Exile since I never finished it all those years ago and I recently found my
unopened
Myst IV and
V. I may try to check out a particular part of
Dear Esther (which I actually liked quite a bit) again
because I swear I saw something surprising no one else has mentioned on any site as of yet.

Sorry FOTS is "Fall of the Samurai" expansion for Shogun 2.
I should have time for some gaming this weekend.
I'm currently embroiled in the Diplomatic Immunity questline in Skyrim. I'm not sure how you're supposed to play it, but I'm basically taking a hack and slash approach. The sneaking crap just didn't work out like I had hoped.
Like Gus, I've ditched the heavy armor for (in my case) an entire set of awesome Elven armor, complete with Elven sword and mace. I'm finding so much magic stuff that I haven't found any need to craft anything.
Besides that, I have Red Orchestra 2, Rise of Flight, and probably something else, maybe some BMS Falcon.
My little Steam box just popped up "finished downloading Left for Dead 2. I guess you can all figure out where I'm going with this post...
Ditching the heavy armor and becoming more range or magic centered makes Skyrim totally different!
Mostly played a bit of Shogun 2 RotS (the expansion without orbital bombardment :P). Downloading and installing Red faction Armageddon right now (75% off at GG), i wanna see if i can stand the FoV before i buy the dlc. After that i think i'll get started a bit on a Sylvania campaign in MTW II Rage of the Dark Gods.
As I was away travelling, haven't done any gaming for a couple of weeks. Not even loaded ME3 yet (my b'day present sitting upstairs with "Art of" and Collector's Guide" books).
Since there was a free trial weekend, downloaded and tried out SW:TOR to play as a Republic Trooper.
And just now downloaded and installed the raft of new patches from AGEOD (AACW, WIA, ROP, and even an NCP from late last year that I had missed).
Too many good games ;D
[Edit] Tried and now deleted SW:TOR...
I have been playing the shit out of Skyrim. I'm at level 20 now, kitted out in full-on Stormcloak officer garb, and just finished the liberation of Skyrim questline (I think). I'm not sure where the story goes from here, or if I'm done.
Man, I'm drunk. More later. That final battle was like 3 beers' worth of fighting. Whew.
Aloha,
Toonces
Having discarded SW:TOR, I decided to have a look at a game I bought during the Christmas Steam sales - Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3 Gold. Together with the Raven Shield 2.0 mod it looks pretty good so far. Still in training...
http://simhq.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/3431881/Rainbow_Six_3_Raven_Shield_2_0.html#Post3431881
I have paused my progress in Skyrim to begin a Shogun 2: Fall of the Samurai campaign. Trying to decide which faction to take. Definitely want to choose one with a naval advantage.
The problem with pausing the game for too long is you forget what the hell you were doing. I had to stop playing TMP, because I had no idea what I was doing anymore. So I rolled up a new character, but I don't enjoy him as much as TMP. Maybe I need to go delete all my save games and start TMP all over again.
I've ended up playing a fair bit of Distant Worlds: Legends with the newest beta patch that was released back on the 20th.
It's been fun so far. I've only had one CTD, and it's nice seeing the AI improvements to ship design (including & especially using player-created optimized designs).
I have been introduced to EVE Online (http://www.eveonline.com/) and spent nearly all weekend playing it. My only regret is that I did not try it out when it was first released nine years ago.
As usual, I logged on to World of WarCraft and World of Tanks long enough to do my dailies. Between the three MMOs, I didn't have time for any single player games.
