Thanks to the generosity of one of our forumites, *cough*JudgeDredd*cough*, I am looking forward to playing my first AGEoD game this weekend. There will also be time for some Civ IV BtS MP and some Warlock.
Definitely going to be some Rebirth. Might also try to sneak in some more Xcom enemy within.

Punching and clipping counters for several games of Twilight Struggle this weekend. I've owned the game for years but have never played it surprisingly. A very interesting documentary on PBS covering JFK and the Cold War that was on the other night piqued my interest in the subject matter and hence the gaming selection for the weekend.
XCOM: Enemy Within will take up most of my time this weekend. I'm not sure what other PC games I will play, but there are plenty in my backlog to choose from.
Burned out on Skyrim after about a month, so will be switching it up to Castlevania: Lords of Shadow and maybe some AoE II,the Dracula campaign from the new DLC. This is all just an exercise leading up to me starting a campaign of 1648 Total War as well as playing as Bavaria in the Civ V 30 Years War mod.
FSX hoping there's a Carendo or Realair sale soon, WANT more planes.
I don't know what the beck is going on, I used to have gamer's ADD, but this is all I've played the last few weeks!

Continuing to watch videos, read rules, etc and try to learn World in Flames.
Also probably play a few scenarios in Combat Mission Beyond Berlin. I almost pulled the trigger on the CMBN series this week in spite of the DRM, but held off since I have so much of the CMx1 still under-played. But my resolve is weakening, especially since I'm going to upgrade my machine before long, and move most of my gaming to Win7. Then my machine spec should be stable for me to not be as concerned about licensing issues. Man, that's a stupid thing to have to think about.
I'll be leading the armies of Seleucia to victory over the Persians in the east and Bynithia in the west in Rome 2. With an occasional Skyrim break-- man that place has got a problem with bandits or what.
I'm kind of in a
bleh mindset for PC gaming right now so nothing's really calling out. I did just buy
Survivor Squad from Steam after watching a quicklook video on Giantbomb. Looks like it could be the kind of thing I'd enjoy until I get the motivation back to play deeper stuff again.

Been wanting to get that for awhile, but it would scare off any potential opponents I may have at the moment. Plus it's limited to 2-player so extra opportunities lost. :'(

Having not played it for 6+ months I've started a new game of Torchlight II this time with the All in One Vanilla Expanded Mod, also just picked up Ghost Divisions for Conflict of Heroes so I'll be playing a bit of that an possibly some Fallen Enchantress and/or Civ V.

Woke up yesterday morning and turned on my computer. Got a Steam notice that three of my friends were on Steam playing games at 7am (Bart on Civ V and Martok on FE:LH) along with one other friend playing Age of Empires III. I played a lot of that MP with some friends in the last few years, but not for about nine or ten months. So I hit my buddy up and he told me he was going to get some zzzz's and then we would play when he got up. Just as we were loading up to play, one of my old buddies I played all that AoE with called, so, it was three versus the computer. Took a bit to get back into the hang of it, but, once I did, it was ass kicking time! The funniest part was when my first friend accused me of having an overwhelming advantage in the game due to the experience of the profile I was using. There was nothing I could do to convince him it was just my experience and my awesomeness ;)

LOL, I suppose not! I'm going to take the SUP out this afternoon, so getting in any gaming is looking rough. I might just break out a boardgame and start working on one of those. I have a copy of Phantom Fury that I still haven't played! No excuses there- it's solo only. ::)
Completed Act 1 of Diablo 3 for 360. Found TWO legendaries are their actually being used by my barbarian! This may be a little blasphemous, but so far I'm liking D3 on the console more then the PC. Only playing on normal difficulty so see if that statement holds up on the higher difficulties. The new loot system (and no AH) is what makes me feel that way. Its seems like Blizzard tweaked the crafting system as well. Blacksmithing seems to reward you with more usable items and so far doesn't feel like a grind as it can on the PC. Using the controller is really well implemented and so far hasn't strained my wrist like D3 tends to do on the PC.

If Blizzard hadn't fvckhorned the loot system to feed their new action house bullshit, in the PC version, it would've been better too. >:( Whadda bunch of jerkfaces.
I read something about them planning on changing the current loot system on the PC version, but I'll believe it when I see it.

The AH never really bothered me honestly, but I think the RMAH was a bad idea. I used the AH once for a cheap crossbow bought with in game gold, but it wasn't necessary to do so. The problem with D3 is two fold IMO. 1. The randomized loot system made 99% of drops worthless. 2. Complete lack of randomness in the maps. I still play it occasionally, because I love ARPGs and D3 isn't a horrible game it just gets repetitive.

It wasn't their adding of the AH. It was Blizzard's bullheadedness in forcing everyone to stay logged in, supposedly in order to use it. Even worse, they intentionally lowered the levels of their loot drops so that your characters are
forced to use the AH in order to trade for items appropriate for their character level. In other words, they made the loot drops far below your character's level simply to push you into using the damn thing. That's just terrible design and players had every right to be pissed at the for it. Obviously they came to this realization at some point, although I don't know if they actually came out and admitted they were wrong for doing something so dickish.

They more or less admitted it was a mistake, and that it detracted from the player experience for many players, shifting the focus away from finding loot to finding gold to pay for loot.
My biggest frustration came from the ridiculous prices people were charging for good loot. The amount of money in the economy was *way* higher than should have been possible
without the RMAH, where people could buy gold. I mean, if you can farm a million gold an hour, how in the world can someone afford to pay BILLIONS for something. So, true to real life, the addition of new money into the economy just created extreme inflation.

Aas it turned out I played Flying Colors, Skyrim and CLOD. A very satisfying assortment.
Wound up starting Castlevania (not bad) and the Wings demo (pretty damned fun). Did not get a chance to start the new Dracula/Wallachia AoE II campaign, will probably do that this week unless I get totally immersed in Bioshock: Infinite...which I hope to :)
Finally got some time in playing
Distant Worlds: Shadows yesterday (Wekkarus campaign). I don't think I'll ever cease to marvel watching the privately-owned ships in my empire flying around doing their own thing. It's just too cool.

I got lost in Skyrim- again. Spent the weekend cleaning-out Deep River Redoubt and the attached Hag's End dungeon and walked away with more loot than Lydia and I could carry.
