The trailer is an awesome mix of live-action and in-game next-gen graphics -- unless the next gen graphics look THAT MUCH LIKE LIVE-ACTION! (Only available for PS4, Xbone, and PC.) The framing device is the last will and testament of Thomas Wayne, both poignant and ironically cute: "Please, don't spend this fortune on fast cars and outrageous clothes." ;D
Release date appears to be mid-Oct this year. Kevin Conroy returns as Batman. No news on the Joker yet. Plot seems to be going with the expected "City of Fear" hints found in ACity, with Scarecrow as the (nominal?) main villain. May be using the Arkham Origins Gotham map (or an expanded version thereof). Penguin, Two-Face and Harley confirmed (as in the video). It would be nice to have Two-Face be more than a brief cameo as in AC.
Batmobile is being heavily promoted as drivable this time. Unknown if Batwing will be a factor; honestly I don't clearly know why the Batmobile would be used anyway as Batman sure didn't need it in AO (and had pretty obviously given up building it for the Wing.)
Warner Bros. is calling this the conclusion of a trilogy (with AO being a prequel I guess), so that seems to indicate Rocksteady or selected devs won't be continuing it; although why WB would not like guaranteed massive profits, who knows?
In somewhat related news, AO will be getting a proper DLC expansion to AO later this year focusing on (at least) the origin of Mr. Freeze; or anyway I hope it's more than the mere string of combat and predator maps they designed for Batman's "origin" story DLC.
Very cool video
And I hope it's nothing pervy - but I don't half like seeing Harley Quinn in these games :-*
Great movie trailer. Or is it a game? Was any of that game footage?
Hard to say. Rocksteady (et al) has a habit of releasing super-dolled up footage rendered by their game engine for the promotional videos. Some of that looked live-action; but then so did some of the footage for previous videos (just not so much).
Comics Alliance, via some other place, has some high-res screenshots (probably doctored up a bit in post) from Bat:AK...

Looks like they're going for a more armored and less quilted suit this time; also blacker. (But the cape has blue highlights when lit from above...?)
