Had a chance to interview Sid Meier (the designer of Civilization, if you've been living under a rock). Some interesting insights about Civ players.

On a side note: with No-Script (and firefox in my case) You can read the whole article, registration window is blocked.

LOL! I wondered why it didn't ask me to register. My script blocker was working it's magic.
That's a really excellent article! Some good insight for those of us making these type of games.
