Gamestop (formerly Impulse) has the DE for less than $19 right now - $40 below regular price. I've been waiting for a good sale, and at the price I'll live with the Ubi DRM.
I see it as 24.57$, which isn't really worth it IMHO.

I think it is easily worth that amount. I had good fun with the game.
Is the Delux version worth the $5 difference with the non delux version?
Up to you. The deluxe version came with an art book and soundtrack.
