This just in from Gene and the crew:

Curious that it's taken this long for this to even be on offer.  I spoke to Richard at Historicon last July and he said it was done and ready.  Moreover, it's the "thing before the other thing" re: Epic C&C:N which many yearn for.

Still, an easy pre-order and I imagine it'll fire up the P500 list pretty quickly.

I don't know that specific answer, but Richard struggled a great deal about board size and general ergonomics with Epic which is the next bit in the pipe.  On the list of games people would expect in Epic, surely Austerlitz, Borodino, Leipzig, and Waterloo are your Mount Rushmore.  The real question is whether sufficient blocks have been provided in the other sets to allow for these battles to be done properly...
