During the asia conference (whatever it's called) Vlad decided that the Chinese president's wife needed his jacket and slipped it over her shoulders.

The act, some have dubbed "chivalrous," was broadcast on TV.

However, evidence of it in China has all but vanished.

Maybe there's some after-hours movin' and shakin' goin' on over there?
