Open X-Com new feature: Soldier Stats

Those guys just keep adding a whole bunch of goodness to the old girl. They've now incorporated one of the more popular mods into the vanilla game: Soldier Diaries. This is a database that tracks every stat you can think of for your soldiers: kills( who you killed, with what weapons, where, when), wounds(how,where,when), missions, etc. There's also extensions for it that include commendations and medals. Now we get to totally geek out  ;D
