The PE version is not for sale to individuals anymore. It is available to academic institutions. They decided to withdraw it for the home user. You can purchase a license which is approx $3,000 per year  >:( . However this allows you to develop add-ons for resale. If you are interested you should send them an email as they might have a different package.

The mission was carried out in very poor conditions. Lots of rain and wind with very poor visibility. There were 6 players :)
