Agreed the Senate would not pass any nominee The O puts forth, but this president has a history of ignoring the rules and bypassing the law, etc.  I would not be surprised if he tries to get a liberal judge on the court, even if its only for the remainder of his reign.  A 5-4 liberal leaning SC could do a lot of damage in 10-11 months >:(

From the little I have read, that is doable, but, they still need to be confirmed in the end.
