The guys who brought FSX to Steam is releasing Flight School.
And it pretty much sounds like a continuation of Microsoft Flight, which was a commercial failure.  It's the same concept but they will expand the map beyond Hawaii and will bring in the whole world.  But they did it the other way around.  They wsed the FSX engine and stripped down the game play to mimic Microsoft Flight.  I see they are improving the engine and will share improvements with Dovetail Flight Simulator (the next version of FS: Steam Edition).
