Ive watched some youtube on it, and its supposed to be deep, and turn-based , you can get it from gog too and humble at 50%

I can recommend RE wholeheartedly. One of my best purchases in 2015.
Its somewhat lighthearted & not too serious, but i found their combat concept quite unique.
I plan to get the DLC at some point & play RE again.

Agreed.  I played through a couple of expeditions and thoroughly enjoyed it.  I only stopped playing because some other shiny came along, but it's a solid, amusing game.  I definitely recommend it.

I bought it when it was still in Early Access and it didn't immediately grab me.  I never went back, but for $7 I'll pick up the expansion and see if I can find the love.

I played this for perhaps 20 hours or so..good game, but I found myself repeating the same general conversations, with the same options.

With more DLC, as this has now, it would be a better value. For what it tries to do, it does pretty well. I would recommend it for a casual strategy game.

It's a good game.  But the content can quickly get repetitive.  Good thing they're adding more content through expansions.  I will eventually pick those up & revisit after it gets more expeditions added to the whole.

Ian you just cost me, I bought RE , and wow youtube dosnt convey how much fun and quality this game is, the unusual tactical battles are great(to learn a new turn-based tactical battle system was refreshing, as the old styles are the same in lots of games)
