Metal Gear on GOG

I've not played the first or second games but Metal Gear Solid on the PS1 is a classic.

Very tempting as I have not played any of the older games either - but I wonder how they hold up. I remember salivating over the ads in PC Gamer magazine (I think) when the game was first released.

Metal Gear IV an V are masterpieces. I had trouble getting into the earlier titles. Not sure if there is enough incentive to revisit them now.

Tempted to grab the first 1 for nostalgia, but I can't imagine the older titles control well on mouse and keyboard.  Wake me up when they port over the real deal to PC - Snake Eater.
