Edited NWAC Data Files

For those folks playing NWAC looking for a bit more realism/challenge, I've done some editing work on three of the data files to fix some errors found and to adjust a number of items to a more believable level. Here is a list of a few things done:
1. Reduced all gun systems accuracy in to the 10-35% range depending on system.
2. Adjusted some ammo levels and ROFs. CWIS systems upped a bit in shots per time, but overall ammo taken way down.
3. Correct range on R-77 missile.
4. Corrected type for Mavericks and one other missile.
5. Fixed some bad/missing data entries for sensors. In some cases sensors had no passive or active range to go along with the type of system.
6. Removed ESM from missile seekers.
7. Reduced radar signatures for missiles one step.

A few other minor adjustments as well. As I get more info and understanding I will post updates. Assuming anyone is using these.

Remember to back up the originals. These files go in the following location: ...\naval war arctic circle\BattleSets\NWAC folder.
