I've got some blue coins burning a hole on my monitor.  Anyone played PT Boats?  I read it was more of a First Boating Shooter than a sim.  Is it any good?

PT Boats South Gambit looks nice and is a decent enough sim with an editor. Heck...or $3 and change, can you really lose?

At $3 it's probably worth it.

I played a demo of the game years ago and edited a review by Bismarck IIRC. I think the concept of piloting a PT boat is cool, but in practice it is sorta limited. But they did about as good a job as can be done with the genre. If I needed another distraction around here, I'd pop at $3.

I went BIG and bought the gold version!  4050 blue coins after my IGN discount.  Hope I don't get the buyer's remorse.  I could've exchanged those coins for a pint of Labatt's at a dive bar in East Vancouver, you know.  Horrible, horrible Labatt's...
