It was long but it never felt like a grind so I was quite pleased with the amount of play I got out of it.  Depending on how many side missions and hoe much exploring you've done, I'd guess you're roughly a quarter of the way in yet, if that.

there's something about combat in this game that makes killing your enemies *very* satisfying.  really like how they implemented the turn-based system. a lot of fun.
