Falling Stars: War of Empires Free Download Available

The game is still on my Watch list.

One question i have...does it play well on touch screen? It would be nice to play while on the go with my Windows 8 tablet.

Well, one big advantage of the free download is you can "try it before you buy it" I think Dave is almost done with the store upgrade, and once that's done you can give it a shot.  I honestly have not tried it on a touch screen yet, but just about all actions in the game can be performed with a left click or a right click.

One thing I will say though, if you're not using a stylus, selecting individual ships might be a little annoying.  If that's the case, you can just pull up a general "move units" dialogue by righ clicking the hexagon containing the ships you want to move.
