Robbie Robertson Founding Member and Lead of "The Band" Dead at 80

The world lost another great musician.  RIP Robbie Robertson.

Former lead guitarist for Bob Dylan, and then leader, guitarist and songwriter for "The Band."

He wrote many rock standards. My favorite is "The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down."  Joan Baez' cover just can't compare to "The Band's" original version IMHO.
