Notre Dame Cathedral burning

I'd say it will be pretty sad if they need to use a video game as a blueprint for reconstruction.

There's a university in England that did a laser-mapping project of a bunch of cathedrals and other famous bldgs around Europe and they have the measurements down to the millimeter for them all (Canterbury, Cologne, Munich, etc).  Notre Dame was one of the first ones they did. They were talking about it on Sky News the other day

My family was able to tour the outside of the church when we visited in the Summer of '23.  The craftsmanship and attention that went into the reconstruction of that church was impressive. 

I'm glad to hear that the bells are ringing again!
