3 or 4 weeks ago I ordered the mask set for the canopy and so painting the model was on hold (it's all but built).

When they arrived, I was prepping to go on holiday and then I was on holiday last week - so I am hoping either to get some done on it this weekend or - at the very least - get to the table so I can paint my Aliens:Another Glorious Day In The Corps miniatures - which I seem to have been attempting to paint for a couple of years now!

Finally getting there. As I suspected - the canopy was an absolute mare - but I didn't care...past caring (I looked up this model and the mould was from 1990!

Anyway - I've got some weapons to put on and the main gun then I'll give it a coat of clear and it'll be done.

Unfortunately not. I primed her and there she sits. I bought most of the paints and the airbrush kit, but something is keeping me from moving forward with painting. I think the fear of ruining the model and the hassle of cleaning the mess!
