A Big Thank You To Matrix Software

With the upcoming expansion I decided to reinstall Conflict of Heroes, but discovered that after getting a new computer, I could no longer find my copy of the game and the download link I was originally sent no longer worked. I fired off an email to Plimus support, but figured that since it was a)5PM Mountain time and b)a holiday, it would be 24-48 hours before I got a response.

Imagine my surprise when I had a new download link sitting in my inbox less than an hour later. Matrix gets slammed a lot (sometimes justifiably so) here and on other websites, so I just wanted to offer up a big THANK YOU for prompt and efficient customer service above and beyond the call of duty.

I'll say that whenever I've needed support from Matrix, Battlefront, or John Tiller Software; the support has been fast and efficient.  They all get a lot of grief, but I truly believe that they want their customers to have the best experience with their products possible.

Ditto. I've never had a problem downloading my games onto a new computer and I've never had to wait more than an hour or two, max.

This is encouraging to hear.  I'm really tempted by there sale on Conflict of Heroes now.

The game just didn't engage me. I'm frustrated that real world tactics don't really work but instead you have to game the system to do well.

I've had a similar good experience with Matrix.  I couldn't find my Distant Worlds vanilla disk a few months ago, so I contacted customer support.  Imagine my (pleasant) surprise when they emailed me a download link not 15 minutes later!
