A newly released free complete game download and have played a couple of missions so far and I am liking it.

I have been trying to form the Russian Empire by playing Novgorod, however I have an uncle and two cousins that surround me and I believe we all have the same idea.... so we are waiting to see who flenches first.  With the bugs introduced in the patches, I have been hesitant to get to deep into my current game.

I have been told to pick up 7 Days to Die as it at its current state is pretty fun..... but who knows.  I have several other games in the queue after I completed my first AOW2 and Warlock 2 games.

Skyrim - Been messing around with lighting mods this week. I really wanted to try out the new version of the RCRN mod but can't get it to work with ENB/ENBoost. Now I'm leaning towards using the Seasons of Skyrim ENB for my new character.

Diablo 3 - Mindless undead/demon killing.

EUIV MP - Hopefully can coordinate with Metal Dog to continue our game. England calls out for liberation by the French.

SPG2 - Mostly be playing this. Hoping to upgrade from my starting frigate to either a heavier frigate or a destroyer.

I want to give the new AOW3 patch and the FE:LH DLC I bought a go, but don't think I'm going to have the time.

I'm shifting around between replaying Red Dead Redemption, Spider-Man: Web of Shadows, and the Amazing Spider-Man 1st movie game sequel, as a way of not getting the next SM game yet.  ;D

I'm finally up to May 1920 in my Ethiopia Darkest Hour campaign, but still not ready to go back to AAR yet. Waging the peace has been a long grind while everyone else is having fun fighting WW1, but I learned the hard way that Ethiopia just cannot expect to liberate Africa from the colonials without something like a modern army. Which I still don't quite have yet, though I'm finally up to technical par. (On the ground, still practically no air or sea power.)

I am still stuck on the road to Warsaw in Decisive Campaigns- WtP. I lost my first campaign against Poland, so I restarted on an easier level and still couldn't win. So now I've restarted a third campaign on the easiest level possible. This is the one where the Poles don't even shoot, they just throw Kielbasa Sausages at you as your tanks go by, and the AI's still tough on this level. If the real Polish Army had fought this well in 1939, Hitler would've had to change his name to "Lipshitz" and get a job driving a taxi in Munich. But I'm making progress and the AI hasn't played the same way twice each campaign so I'm very impressed with it. And a little Rome 2 for a break. But I'm staying away from anything named Warsaw-icum. 8)

I am also working on my old Romulan campaign in Birth of the Federation....about 500 turns so far...after a good start in my war against the Cardassians, i've just lost my entire invasion fleet in a glorious battle...have to hurry to build up a new fleet before they launch a real counterattack!  :P

Speaking of old sims... I noticed the thread at SimHQ where modders for Enemy Engaged: Comanche Hokum are preparing to release an update to the mod that has a bunch of add'l stuff. 

That thing's shelf life has been extensive since there's not been any proper attack helo sims out, with multiple models and a dynamic campaign, in ages.  If they pop out a new version of that supermod sometime soon, I'll definitely have to load it all up on my new rig.

Awww man.  Wish I had better luck with BotF on my modern computers.  When I tried running it with a/the mod last year, it refused to work properly.  :-\  Even before that, the memory leak would often drive me batty after awhile.

The key to DC:WtP is to not get tied down in static battles or attack on the entire front. Pick locations where you can mass artillery and airpower, use your infantry to punch holes in the Polish line then drive yer tanks as far as you can through the holes. Don't worry too much if they get cutoff for a turn just keep the tanks moving as far and as fast as possible to isolate large sections of the Polish army.

If yer tanks are in the same place for more than 2 turns then yer not moving fast enough. Use the slow infantry to keep the supply lines open.

And remember that you don't have to kill every Polish unit, just beat them in the race to Warsaw. If you are not fast enough they will build a solid defence that will take you too long to get through.
