One thing that I don't think is getting enough notice among the lovely graphic and other improvements is the Grand Campaign scenarios that are built into EP14.  As I read them, they're designed to link with France 14 and let folks fight out a big chunk of the way...

Yeah, I posted about this elsewhere, but this is a supremely cool notion that could and should be added to other Tiller games...

And it makes me wonder what happened to the meta-game notion that was supposedly built into "First Blitzkrieg" and "Southern Front".

Oh, and I'm really grokking the chrome-y rules like congestion.

^+1 Just poking around in this and taking a look at the mammoth grand campaign scenarios. Really very impressive updates to the system all around, not just in the graphics department. I'm looking at a scenario here that covers the entirety of the Russian invasion of East Prussia, and I feel like I could control it.

What did happen to that? It was supposed to eventually cover the whole of WW2 at the divisional level, with each iteration being part of the master map that would finally unfold with the last game in the series.

Monster scenarios are fun but take some time to play. I'm currently playing a Danube Front scenario which covers all the fronts in the previous Modern Campaign titles. The map spans from Denmark to Austria. I had to use fast AI resolution to speed up. But actual counter pushing takes several sittings.

I've eyed that scenario before but ran, weeping, into a corner after seeing the size of it.

I believe two machines yes, though that's the limit.
You can deactivate the key by uninstalling, deactivation is part of the uninstall.
Two is what you get - never had an issue with the licensing business have found their support good when needed
