I've played with the demo a bit and those 5 minutes pass pretty quickly!

I'm now thinking of taking the plunge into the retail game while the sale is on. The terrain and object creating/editing capability is included in the game itself, correct?

Hi Staggerwing, vehicles / planes / ships and ground objects creating needs you to have a 3d and paint program, all other game editors come with the game.

Do you have to download and install each separate new plane or are there " packs " of planes available?

Each new anything for the game needs to be added, the only pack is the base game and what it comes with.

After purchasing the game I added some terrain from DEM data using instructions at the CK forums. I used the VS exe to import the terrain. The main game screen just gives me an error saying I need to choose an airfield first, yet I cannot figure out how to add an airfield to play. In fact, when I try to load it there are no longer airfields at Summer Island either. Also, earlier some of the skins for ground vehicles are missing. When I spawned them I get nothing but the scenery.
