I've become pretty hesitant about pre-ordering or Kickstarting stuff lately.

I have no doubt this game will come to fruition, and will likely be good. In this specific case, anyway.

My issue is sometimes having to actively track down my keys or activation, when release has finally arrived. Or having my post-KS order disappear and require me to go through channels getting things done (as happened to me last month). May as well save my money until it's out.

So, will there be a Grogheads Clan?

If so, I'd consider buying it to play with folks here, but I've never played a Mech game and I SUCK at shooters, so you'd all have to carry my a$$ :-[

This ain't a shooter, this is tactical turn-based. Mechwarrior Online is the one you're probably thinking of.
