Considering what I know of British food I am nervous about asking this, but...what on Earth is a pork scratching?

Strips of fried pig skin, deep fried and covered in salt - last pack I saw it was 98 percent fat!!

I've been telling you all he wasn't dead. The Russians had him frozen for the last 70 years and have now let him go to tell the world HE is really Putin's father and actually gave Germany to the Russians in 1945.
