Good day for the Big10.  OSU beat Oklahoma on the road and Sparty beat ND in South Bend. 

And FSU got blown out by Louisville.

UNC won and Dook lost.  That was good.

Unfortunately, Auburn got beat at home by A&M when their offense did not show up.

My West Florida Argos lost their first game ever yesterday. They are now 2-1. Still, for their first ever football team (NCAA Div II), they looked good to me.  :smitten:

The Kansas Jayhawks have had without question the worst football program in the Big XII for years.  While the North Dakota State Bison have been a dominate team at multiple levels of football for decades.  NDSU beat KSU last year in fact.  Frankly NDSU should move its up football program up to Division I.  The program is consistently that good and would most likely be a perennial top 25 team.  I think they won the Division I AA title in their second year in that division after having basically won the Divison II title multiple years in a row.

Appalachian State was ND St for most of the 90s - 00s.  They jumped to D-IA / FBS about 5-6 years ago.  Still good, not setting the world on fire, nor a perennial top-25 team. 
ND St is an excellent program, but there's a reason for the I-AA / I-A separation.

Yeah that might be, but I think if they were in a division like the mountain west they'd receive some benefit of the doubt with voters.   Who knows, I'm not sure they'd ever make that leap anyway.

Just heard earlier today that NDSU has won the last 5 FCS Championships and defeated their last 6 FBS opponents.  That's a powerhouse.

Yeah and they ran the table like that when they were in Divison II as well.
