Just clarify in the event of any confusion...

It's main focus is mobile games, but has more recently ported over games like the Battle of the Bulge to the PC. http://grogheads.com/?p=9410#more-9410

I would not surprise me if there is a lot of similarity in approach to Gettysburg, based on what has already been done by the two studios.

See my above post, as the studio's focus at least historically is producing mobile games, which have ported to the PC as with Battle of the Bulge.
