I decided on the 300r for the exact reason I wanted a big, airy box that is easy to access. I don't need to move it around much, either.

I need one like that to replace my case. It looks nice and roomy. Was it very expensive?

No, not at all. It is a very get-down-to-business box, matt black coating, robust, just what I thought a good wargaming rig needs.

Corsair site lists only a windowed version now, after a quick look, at 149.99, but the windowless version I bought was more like 89.99 as I recall.

Indeed, as Newegg lists the basic version, at 69.99.

Edit: I believe the case shipped without the front panel connector set at the time, so needed to contact Corsair and they sent me one without a cost. Do check it's now included if you go ahead with this one. Otherwise. most happy with the case.
