At work?

Yeah, like I never thought of that. But staying employed is kind of important.  :buck2:

I just bought it and started the 1939 campaign. Seems to be less Beer & Pretzels than I thought...which is a good thing!

So, from a guy who really enjoyed the Battle Academy series and thought Combat Mission 2 and Hearts of Iron V would make me kill puppies....how is this game for someone of my ilk (some what impatient and kinda slow  :crazy2:) ?

We just posted a long-form article on how the supply system works in SC3 :) http://www.wargamer.com/news/quartermaster-an-in-depth-look-at-supplylogistics-in-strategic-command-ww2-war-in-europe/

Thanks Joe! I appreciate the link. I really gotta sit down and read the manual one of these days.  :-"

Thanks, just looked and saw my version of that mod was 2.0. Didn't they make a Commander for Napoleonic Wars too?

No clue..

Cyrano

They did make a Nap version of Commander.

Best avoided.

They tried to capture the horse-foot-guns substrata of Napoleonics, but wound up with Artillery "corps" (whatever those are) firing at ranges of hundreds of miles and other like nonsense.

The WWI version of Command is VERY good, however.
