I had a room mate in the 90's who apparently got it from hearing me rinse out my paint brushes as I was painting minis. He said the swish swish swish was very relaxing.

I know exactly the feeling you describe!  I like it.  Not sure what always triggers it for me, but, I sure wish it would last longer.  I certainly encourage that when I do feel it.

I tried watching a couple of the videos that are supposed to trigger it. They made me want to throw my monitor off of my desk!


Which I guess means I don't get ASMR. Wish I did; I could use a dose of it.

My doctor wrote me a prescription for daily sex.
