I haven't bought a single sale game yet.  I would be proud of myself if it was for any reason other than the fact that I already bought them all when they were not on sale.

I am in the same boat, most of the ones I would want to get I already paid full price for. >:(

I forgot - I did pick up Portal 2.

DAMMIT  >:(

Steam must have known I was waiting and put it up for sale overnight. Bastards.

Thank you Steve for the PMs.

Toonces I did see the Dungeon Siege bundle for 7.49 with my own eyes yesterday.

Hmm...Wargame: European Escalation for 20.00...

Sorry you missed out.  I about missed it myself, just happened to fire up my Touchpad around 10pm to do a little surfing.  I still think theres a good chance Steam will do repeats towards the end of the sale...good luck.

^Thanks man. Post impressions of Hinds when you get around to firing it up! That bundle may be the only thing I pick up, if/when the price is right.

I've not purchased anything yet either.  Granted, part of that is because I've been broke this particular pay cycle, but honestly, very few of the game sales have jumped out at me.  The only one I've got my eye on at all right now is Shogun 2

Yeah the sale has been rather underwhelming this time, which lessens the blow of my being skint somewhat.  I did manage EYE Divine Cybermancy (impressions to follow, as demanded by Gus) but even if money hadn't been an issue there wouldn't have been much else.  Probably a Paradox title or two.  Even the indie bundles haven't been very tempting.

Gusington

^Looking forward to those impressions.

And I do agree the pickings are not so fat. I am even reconsidering AoE III if the price drops again to see if Arctic's claim that it was not so bad holds water.

Then again, I should probably just boot up some of my back catalogue.

L.A. Noir for $5 is a good buy. I'm not pouncing, but I'd almost like to.

Yup.  I found it to be rather enjoyable in spite of its shortcomings.  For $5, you can't go wrong.

sooo I ended up getting Stronghold 3.  I was just really needing a medieval city building game.  I love the whole idea of starting with a small camp and building a town/city/fortress from there.  I loved doing that in Age of Empires II.  Here is to hoping it doesn't totally suck.

I see Risen 2 is on as a flash sale now.  I was really hoping to pick it up, but $33 is about $13 more than I was hoping to spend.  Anyone recommend it?  I liked, but didn't love the first Risen.

Good review - he did not like it and he was one that liked the first one.

I think I would save my money.

I've bought two games and I think I'm done unless they have a really good sale on Mass Effect 3.

Get it. It's a bit weird in terms of police procedures with street crimes, but the main point of the game is quite well done.

Nefaro

I just grabbed Port Royale 3 even though I'm not sure when I'll be diving into it.

I had planned on buying it sometime, anyway, even though it'll probably be on sale for less than $20 right about the time I get around to playing it.  Murphy!  :P
