Recommendations for castle building sim?

Are you guys following medieval kingdom wars? It seems to be primarily a siege game but will take a year more to be out of early access.

No but it looks like it might eventually have potential.

I've been following it, but still too early access for me.

Then again, Kingdoms features npcs simply ghosting through all items on the map, so...  ::)

I agree. I grabbed it and it's graphics are very sub par compared to the trailer. I don't know if you can build castles at all either.

Kingdoms & Castles has been released... GOG has it for $9.99, haven't checked Steam yet. Any early impressions?
