Armchair Historian will be playing BoC today at 5 PM EST on his channel.  He will be playing the Utweiler, 1945 scenario. I believe this might be the first public playthrough of that scenario:

Here's the Medal of Honor citation for PFC Wayne T. Alderson  in that action:

For those who are planning on playing Burden of Command, "Strategy and Wargaming" has published a good article titled "10 Tips To Help You Play And Enjoy Burden of Command".  BoC is not your typical wargame, and the article covers some of the important differences between BoC and traditional wargames and how to approach them.  I highly recommend it.

Man, it feels like this thing has been in development forever.  So glad it's finally coming out!      :pizza[1]:  :beermug[1]:
I was waiting for a mission, and for my sins, they gave me one.

I'm one of the "silverbacks" on the development team.  I started working on this in late 2017.  I'm personally excited about seeing this is coming out.  It is a unique and very special "game".

Here is a video from a Youtuber "Example of Play" explaining some differences in how gamers should approach Burden of Command (BoC) in contrast to traditional wargames. I strongly recommend that players take these recommendations to heart, otherwise you will be missing out on a lot that BoC has to offer.

And with that, I have one last short video to whet y'all's appetite until release day:

I lied.  One more article on BoC before release:

BLUF: The article advises that you don't go looking for playthroughs on Youtube, as you'll miss out on many of the surprises that are in BoC. I heartily agree with this.

I lied again.  One more video.
