Toonces, don't they have Snow Practice Days? Here we 'practice' for hurricanes all the time. Maybe we should prepare for earthquakes too.

Heh.  I suppose I could pull the ole, "I'm not comfortable driving in these conditions" card, but it's going to have to snow an awful lot harder for that to work.

Nah, we're just getting rain followed by <1" snow.  If I don't have to shovel it, it doesn't count.

Yeah, I just got done shoveling out the driveway and I'd put it at 4-6" or so.  Nice little surprise this morning.

Everything was on a late start today, but Tooncette eventually had her school closed, and since the wife had already gone to work I had to stay behind for the daughter.  Tough life being a dad sometimes!   :P
