I have it on good authority that Egg Salad is what they feed the prisoners at Gitmo... to get them to talk I mean. And it works.

hard boiled eggs diced up with some mayo. what kind of egg salad are you guys eating that is so atrocious?

I tend to enjoy texture, not a mouthful of glop.

Also, I don't enjoy mayo. So that's not helping.

has texture. not putting eggs into a blender! and you dont drown in it mayo. just enough to hold it together and add some salt and pepper to taste. that is all, no celery, no onion, no garlic and for gods sake dont use that miracle whip crap, that isnt mayo!!!

hehe this isnt fine dining its freakin something quick to eat for lunch. boiled eggs are good with a little salt and pepper. wanna sandwich? dice em up and add some mayo to hold it together. I see some recipes call for mustard, dill, paprika, celery, onion etc.. season it with whatever you want. i prefer some pepper, i wanna taste the eggs. Im not looking for a 3 course meal in a stick a gum!
