It is almost always around midnight local time the new bracket is posted so I didn't read it  .
And now I voted for The Beatles without knowing it  >:( .

It's ok though, I suspect 'Come Together' will lose anyways.  You are not the only one who despises the Fab Four.

Come Together is not a great Beatles song. And it's definitely not better than Crossroads (thus ensuring that it will win over Crossroads).

I feel 'Come Together' is pretty played out.  Moreso for the Aerosmith version.  But what I have tried to do in these Brackets is keep the songs in context of the time they were released.  That means including a lot of stuff I don't like/is played out.

I feel the same about pinball wizard, it's a great song that's been played to death. (like come together) I can't listen to it anymore without wanting to slap my head against a wall.... Which I'm not gonna do.... So I ain't listening to it! I'm not a big fan of concussion in general  ;D I like to keep the few marbles I do have left, in tact

I say those haters should be rounded up, and be made to do old fashioned school lines.... Write out every single lyric the beatles ever wrote, whilst having said music blasted at full pelt, uninterrupted, down their ear lugs  O:-) of course, this may lead to more beatles hate.... But I'll feel much better ,  O:-)
