I bought Railroad Tycoon 2 platinum for $1.34 including tax.  The lust for playing with trains for less than $1.50 grew too strong.

I haven't played Kingdoms and Castles for several major updates now so slight pinch of salt required, but I very much enjoyed it at launch.  It's a relaxing and not terribly demanding city builder with some slow-paced combat thrown in later.  The launch version was already pretty good, and judging by all the updates the game is now even better.  I don't regret buying it at all!

I caved and picked up......never heard of it before this thread.  Hour flew by as I watched my little town grow:)  Since I suck at builders, this seems like a fun little non-complex way to go...

There are some fantastic mods for this game and the Forces of Corruption DLC.

I also grabbed Rise of Nations 4 pack and gifted out to some buddies as we have been hitting the old school RTS itch lately with Age of empires 2 HD and this one was a personal favorite of mine.

I picked up Tank on Tank Digital pack. I'd been on the fence on this one. Too simple? Too small? Too gamey? No map editor? Well it joined the sale and I had to bite. I've played 2 games on the same map. I lost the first time, won the second. I still think I can do better.

Yeah I got Star Wars - Empire at War on Steam just for the mods, including one called Thrawn's Revenge that has some epic capital ship combat. Downloaded/subscribed last night and fired it up but I'll be damned if I can figure out how to tell if the mods are active or not...

...very much looking forward to Kingdoms and Castles now.

You guys are really screwing with me. I had two new games/DLC and was finished. Thanks to this thread I am up to about six. At least I got to shut down my Railroad Empires urge...

Edit....I went back and counted. Ummmm.....Make that 14 games and DLC.

Thank heavens I was out hunting and visiting for most of the sale.
